Tim Visconti is a seasoned executive with over 20 years experience building companies and cultivating highly engaged cultures. Tim sharpened his early career with Silicon Valley startups and quickly rose to the executive suite managing global Talent Strategy in a fortune 500 organization.

It was in those rooms the idea of rebuilding the employee experience from brand unaware until retirement was born. Those ideas became the Visconti Group, PeopleLift and the Timbre Agency.

He believes that 1% outcomes only happen with passion, effort, resiliency and care. And that is why he wakes up excited to help improve the lives of people and companies around the world every day.
