Tim Visconti / CEO, Founder - of PeopleLift, a rapidly growing Employee Experience (EX) consulting firm that empowers growth-minded businesses with world-class solutions guaranteed to accelerate your growth curve via bleeding-edge intelligence, recruiting and retention programs. PeopleLift operates in two countries with clients ranging from pre-revenue high potential startups to global Fortune 500 organizations. Additionally, Tim sits on the board of 2 different organizations supporting global empowerment causes.
Tim's previous executive experience was honed over 12 years in Fortune 500 organizations specializing in scaling startup People Operations functions. Tim has worked primarily in web/eCommerce-organizations but has worked in Auto, Real Estate, Banking, Telecom, Supply Chain, CPG & hospitality industries.
Tim David / Head of Delivery - TD is a Senior HR and Talent Acquisition leader with a track record of success designing and delivering innovative people strategies and solutions to acquire, develop, and retain top talent.
Experience in supporting executives and employees in multiple locations – regions, and countries. True Business Partner to senior leadership including CHRO, SVP’s, and VP’s.
Diverse leadership background across HR strategy, corporate talent acquisition, executive search, and staffing for startup, private, and Fortune 50 organizations.
Maggie Reimer / Head of Marketing - Maggie is a Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Valdosta State University and years of experience with big brands like Disney and Hyatt.
She joined the PeopleLift team with years of social media marketing and design experience and has been working in RPO and HR consulting since 2019. She is passionate about people and authentic relationships. With an eye for branding and design + her expert marketing skills, she brings value to our brand and our client's, helping them ace their employment branding and bring in the best talent.
Taylor Eaves / Talent Success Manager - Taylor is a Talent Success Manager at PeopleLift. Upon graduating from college, Taylor's goal was to obtain a career in the people business, which led her to be one of the early TA's for PeopleLift.
She has prior experience in the HR field as an intern and is pursuing a career as a PeopleLeader. Taylor is passionate about helping others, her family, and enjoying life by always growing. She is a vital asset to our team, a master of organization and communication, she helps lead our Talent Associates to success, helping you get the best talent out there.
Alexis Grace / Sales and Marketing Coordinator - Alexis is a Sales Specialist here at PeopleLift. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising/Minor in Marketing, from Jacksonville State University. She also completed an internship at Atlanta Apparel Market this past Summer of 2019, alongside 10 women who were hand-picked to intern for one of the top 2 Women’s Clothing showrooms with stellar reviews on her usage of social media to promote the company and customer service.
Alexis has detailed experience in communications and is dedicated to helping people in and out of office. Her role at PeopleLift is vital to helping us grow and reach more of you!
Kyra Muller / Talent Specialist -
Kyra is a Talent Specialist at PeopleLift. Upon completion of her B.S. in Psychology with a Minor in Peace Studies, she wanted to pursue a career in helping people. With a background in IT recruiting, she experienced the thrill of a candidate's enthusiastic "Yes" to an offer, and an equally pleased hiring manager who just landed a top performer.
She joined the PeopleLift team as a Marketing intern where she contributed to the various redesign and rebranding projects for PeopleLift. Now she is part of the delivery team where she brings passion for both the candidate's and the client's experience in bringing top talent.
